Chinese Oushak-Style Hand-Knotted Area Rug - A beautifully woven contemporary Oushak-style area rug featuring a soft dove-gray field adorned with stylized palmettes, vinery, and floral medallions in shades of blush, apricot, gold, and muted teal. The wide salmon-rose border is framed with a classic angular meander and botanical motifs, all rendered in a pleasingly subdued palette typical of modern Oushak-inspired weaving. Hand-knotted wool pile on a cotton foundation with braided fringe at both ends. The rug shows even pile, a supple handle, and excellent decorative presence. 12 ft. 6 in. L, 9 ft. 5 in. W. Condition: Very good overall; light surface wear and minor fringe irregularity consistent with age and use; no stains or repairs noted.
