The first compote features a pierced gallery rim with fine reticulated work above a tapered stem and circular foot. The second compote has a shallow bowl with an engraved scrolling border and raised on a short pedestal base. The accompanying card plate is of classic circular form with concentric banded rim and engraved monogram to center. Each piece exhibits traditional mid-20th century styling suitable for dessert service or formal table presentation. Card plate approximately 6 in. dia. Compotes approximately 8 in. dia. Condition: Light surface scratches and minor tarnish consistent with use. No visible dents or repairs observed.
