American Brilliant Cut Glass Pedestal Punch Bowl - A substantial and richly cut American Brilliant Period pedestal punch bowl, executed in heavy clear crystal with exceptional depth and precision. The bowl features an intricately cut interior with radiating starbursts, hobstars, and fine diamond cutting, framed by sweeping arches and fan motifs. The exterior continues the elaborate decoration with deeply cut panels and geometric ornamentation. The scalloped rim is sharply notched, and the conforming pedestal base displays bold cross-cut star patterns, terminating in a serrated edge foot. The weight, clarity, and complexity of cutting are characteristic of high-quality American Brilliant Period glass, circa 1900–1915. 11 in. H, 12 in. Dia.
