Wave Crest Three-Compartment Dresser Set - A rare and highly decorative Wave Crest three-compartment dresser set, comprising a central cylindrical jar flanked by two smaller matching jars, all crafted in opaque ivory art glass and hand-painted with delicate floral sprays in pink and soft green, highlighted with raised enamel accents. Each vessel is mounted in elaborate gilt bronze mounts featuring beaded rims, scrolling supports, and foliate feet, the central form raised on an ornate tripod base. The set retains its original mounts and displays the refined aesthetic associated with high-quality American art glass of the late Victorian period. The underside bears a faint, partially worn mark consistent with Wave Crest production. Approx. 3 in. H, 8 in. W (overall). Condition: Overall good antique condition. Light surface wear consistent with age and use. Minor rubbing and wear to gilt mounts, with scattered patina and softening of gilding. Glass shows no apparent cracks; one or two tiny manufacturing bubbles and faint surface marks visible under close inspection. Painted decoration remains vibrant with minimal loss.
