American Classical Dressing Table - A handsome and well-proportioned American Classical dressing table, featuring a rich mahogany veneer case with a rectangular top above a long frieze fitted with two drawers, each retaining original turned wooden pulls and key escutcheons. The table is surmounted by an adjustable mirror framed by turned uprights and capped with finials, the corners accented with carved floral rosettes. The base is supported by boldly turned columns joined by a turned stretcher, terminating in dramatic carved claw feet—an iconic Classical Revival motif lending strong architectural presence.
