Six (6) 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars Mixed Mint Group .900 Fine Silver - Group of six 1921 Morgan Silver Dollars, final-year issue of the long-running Morgan dollar series, struck in .900 fine silver with each coin containing 0.7734 troy ounces of pure silver (total silver content approximately 4.64 troy ounces). The 1921 issue marked the revival of silver dollar production following the Pittman Act meltings and represents the only Morgan dollar struck in the 1921?1935 transitional period before the introduction of the Peace design later that year. Mintages were substantial (Philadelphia: 44,690,000; Denver: 20,345,000; San Francisco: 21,695,000), making the date common in circulated grades but highly liquid in today?s silver and Morgan dollar markets.
