All coins are pre-1965 issues struck in 90% silver and 10% copper. Each coin weighs 6.25 grams; total group weight approximately 43.75 grams, containing approximately 1.69 troy ounces of actual silver weight (ASW). These represent the final circulating years of traditional U.S. silver coinage prior to the 1965 transition to clad composition. Obverses display John Flanagan?s portrait of George Washington; reverses feature the heraldic eagle design.
