Old Paris Porcelain Tea and Dessert Service, 43 Pieces - An Old Paris (Vieux Paris) porcelain tea and dessert service, mid-19th century, decorated in a vivid rose-pink ground with gilt highlights and stylized foliate and jeweled motifs. The set includes a covered teapot, covered sugar, and creamer, together with a group of cups, saucers, and plates. The decoration—particularly the strong pink reserves, heavy gilding, and hand-painted green jewel accents—is characteristic of Paris porcelain workshops working outside the royal manufactories during the first half of the 19th century. The lot comprises approximately 8 teacups, 10 saucers, 10 dessert plates, 12 smaller plates, and 3 serving pieces (teapot, sugar, creamer). Condition: Scattered wear to gilt and enamel decoration, particularly to rims and well centers; light surface scratching and utensil marks; some staining visible to select saucers; minor firing imperfections consistent with manufacture. No major visible structural damage
