The handwritten inventory lists: 12 knives, 12 salad forks, 12 dinner forks, 12 spoons, 12 small spoons, 12 cocktail forks, 12 iced tea spoons, 6 soup spoons, 12 salt spoons, 2 serving knife/fork pieces, 1 small ladle, 1 baby spoon, 1 jelly server, 1 Orleans fork, 2 butter pats, 1 serving piece, 2 carving knives, 1 napkin holder, and 2 salad serving knife/fork pieces, for a total of 121 pieces.
