Carved turquoise bead, Tibet, Qing dynasty - Carved turquoise bead, flat and rounded in shape, with a slightly irregular profile and pierced in the centre by a hole through which a decorative cord has been inserted at the back. It has a greenish-blue, flaky hue, with fine grey crazing caused by age and erosion. It shows age patina. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later. Size: 3 x 1.9 x 2.8 cm Weight: 26 g
