It shows the sixteen-year study of the stylistic evolution of bronze images made in northern India, the Himalayas, Tibet and China during the Ming and Qing dynasties.  Copy no. 66, comprising a total of 576 numbered pages. The text includes glossary, bibliography and index, as well as a list of the current locations of the bronzes illustrated.
