White jade seal “Horse”, Qing dynasty - Cylindrical seal carved in white jade with natural inclusions in reddish and orange tones. The upper part features the figure of a recumbent horse with its head turned to one side, in a serene attitude, carved with smooth lines that accentuate its mane and robust body. The circular base is engraved with characters in seal-style calligraphy “一生心事花鸟知”. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later. Height: 5.8 cm; Diameter: 3.1 cm Weight: 98.9 g
