Jade plaque ‘Herons and lotuses’, Qing dynasty - A carved jade plaque with a light greenish hue. It has a flat, oval body, on which is a beautiful scene of two elegant herons with elongated necks entwined between leafy lotus branches in bloom, decorated with scrolls of leaves and openwork flowers. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later. Size: 6.6 x 0.7 x 5 cm  Weight: 38 g Provenance: - Current private collection, London, United Kingdom.
