Double yellow jade seal ‘Creature’, Qing dynasty - Double seal carved from warm-toned yellow jade with a soft translucency, the upper part of which is topped by a fantastical creature with an undulating body and stylised features, worked with perforations and ornamental curves. On the square and circular bases are two inscriptions, ‘古希天子’ and ‘惟精惟一’. Size: 3.6 x 5.2 x 2.2 cm Weight: 70.7 g
