Shoushan figure, ‘Luohan at rest’, Qing dynasty - Made of Shoushan stone in multiple shades, ranging from ivory to deep amber, with gold accents on the folds of the clothing. It depicts a luohan sitting in a relaxed posture, holding a mythical beast on his knee while carrying a ruyi, an auspicious symbol, in his other hand.
