Celadon porcelain vessel ‘Peony’, Qing dynasty, with Yongzheng seal - Refined porcelain ewer for scholars, with an elegant bell shape, curved walls, and a narrow upturned rim. The piece is covered with a delicate monochrome glaze in a pale celadon green color. The exterior is decorated on one side with a peony flower motif in bas-relief with natural leaf stems. The base of the piece bears a six-character stamp “大清雍正年制” in blue underglaze. Height: 6.6 cm; Mouth diameter: 6.1 cm; Base diameter: 9 cm Provenance: · North American private collection.
