Jade ‘Cat Beast’ seal, Ming dynasty - Cream-coloured jade with brown veins and a rectangular base on which stands the figure of a feline-like beast, seated, with incised details defining its anatomy. At the bottom is a seal inscribed with the characters ‘月明满地相思’. Ming dynasty (1368–1644) or later. Size: 5.4 × 3.3 × 2.3 cm Weight: 84.3 g
