Jade seal ‘Reclining Animal’, Ming dynasty - The piece, carved from brown jade with natural veins, features a stylised figure of a reclining mythical animal with an elongated horn on the upper part. The rectangular base bears the inscription ‘兰不言而自芳’ (Orchids speak not, yet they are fragrant). Ming dynasty (1368–1644) or later.  Size: 4.2 × 3.6 × 1.7 cm Weight: 55.8 g
