Blue agate Dizi bead, Tang dynasty - Elongated Dzi-type bead (གཟི།), carved from agate of an exceptional cerulean blue hue with a translucent finish. The piece stands out for its central ‘eye’, formed by concentric circles in shades of white and light blue. It has a fusiform shape and shows a rough patina due to its age. Tang Dynasty (618–907) or later. Size: 5.5 × 1.6 × 1.4 cm
