Small carved jade seal, Song Dynasty - Jade in a soft celadon hue with an intense vein of dark brown and black running vertically through the body. The seal is cubic in shape with faceted shoulders and a small perforated loop at the top for attaching a cord. The base features characters engraved in relief. Song Dynasty (960–1279) or later.
