Nanhong agate seal, “Hulu and Dragons”, Qing Dynasty - A Nanhong agate seal of an intense reddish hue. It features a base shaped like a hulu gourd, upon which is carved a dynamic relief of sinuous dragons intertwined amongst clouds. The impression surface retains traces of cinnabar and bears characters carved for stamping. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912). Size: 2.3 x 3.6 x 6.2 cm Weight: 73.2 g
