Carved quartz seal “Beast with Young”, Qing Dynasty - A carved quartz with smoky and translucent tones, featuring a square base. The top is adorned with a mythical beast accompanied by its young, rendered in an archaic style with sinuous bodies. The impression base retains traces of cinnabar and features characters carved in a seal script style. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912).
