Glazed porcelain vase, ‘Deer’ design, Qing dynasty - Hand-modelled porcelain, with an ovoid body, rounded shoulders and a short neck with a slightly flared rim. The piece is decorated in a combination of cobalt blue and copper red underglaze. The main decoration depicts multiple deer in a mountainous landscape with pine trees and rock formations. The neck and foot are adorned with decorative bands of ruyi, geometric borders and lotus flowers in red and blue. On the base, it bears the six-character seal ‘大清乾隆年制’.
