White Hetian jade screen depicting ‘Guanyin’, Qing Dynasty - White Hetian jade. It consists of a rectangular jade panel with rounded edges, carved on both sides. The front features a bas-relief carving of the Buddha in a meditative posture on a lotus throne, framed by numerous deities. The reverse side reveals a delicate landscape scene featuring traditional architecture, bridges and figures. It is mounted on a carved wooden stand, comprising a lotus-shaped base and a back panel decorated with flame motifs. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912). Jade size: 11.3 x 1.8 x 8 cm Jade weight: 408 g
