Butterfly brooch in 18 k gold, mother-of-pearl and diamonds - Brooch in 18k yellow gold and diamonds. It is formed by a piece of natural mother-of-pearl carved in the shape of a butterfly with engravings outlining its design. It is set in claws on a back bezel with undulating lines.
