Included is a commemorative celluloid pin-back button for the White Castle restaurant in St. Matthews, featuring historical photography and dates marking the building's history from 1939 to 2002. A cast metal shield-shaped emblem features raised lettering for the FCM Club of Louisville and a threaded mounting stud at the base. The assortment also contains a folding nickel-plated steel advertising premium for J. Bacon & Sons department store promoting Menihan Arch Aid Shoes for Women; the tool functions as both a shoehorn and a buttonhook, the latter of which is stamped with a patent date from October 1917. Completing the group is a celluloid advertising pocket mirror for architect Edgar W. Archer of the Coleman Building, featuring a printed slogan on the front and a glass mirror on the reverse. - 4”
