A Pair of Silvestri Gold Tone Fleur-de-Lis Bookends - 6.5”x6.5”x7” - This pair of decorative bookends is designed in the form of the heraldic fleur-de-lis. Each piece features a heavy cast composite decorative element finished in a multi-toned metallic gold and bronze wash, which has been antiqued to highlight the relief details. These figures are mounted onto flat, L-shaped metal base plates designed to be placed under books for stability. One bookend is marked with the impressed maker name SILVESTRI on the lower rear section. The undersides of the metal plates are fitted with felt pads to protect surfaces. - 6.5”x6.5”x7”
