An Assortment of Vintage Wooden Kitchen Utensils in an Albany Slip Glazed Stoneware Crock 10”X16” - This lot features a collection of vintage wooden kitchen utensils presented in a utilitarian stoneware crock. The crock is of small cylindrical form with a thickened, rounded rim and is finished in a uniform dark brown to black slip glaze, typical of Albany-type or manganese glazes of the late 19th to early 20th century. The surface displays a glossy finish with a slight orange peel texture and minor mineral spotting. No maker's marks, stamps, or capacity numbers are visible on the vessel. The assortment of wooden utensils includes various hand-carved and turned tools. Highlights include a large flat paddle crafted from figured wood with a prominent flamed or tiger grain. The group also contains several wooden spoons, a slotted spoon with three vertical openings, a cylindrical kitchen mallet, a masher or pestle, and a flat spatula with a circular cutout. The utensils exhibit a varied natural patina and signs of historical kitchen use.
