Mottled Blue and White Graniteware Enameled Milk Can with Lid 16”X19”X23” - This milk or cream can is constructed from enameled steel, a material commonly known as graniteware or speckleware. The piece features a mottled light blue and white porcelain enamel finish over a sheet metal body with visible vertical and horizontal seams. It is designed with two large, rounded handles on the sides and a matching lid. The lid has a small D-shaped handle at the center, which is surrounded by five small circular ventilation holes. The interior of the can is also enameled. There are no maker marks, stamps, or labels visible on any surface of the item.
