Vintage Gray Graniteware Grease Jar with Perforated Lid 9”X6.5” - This vintage kitchen storage vessel is a grease jar or strainer pot crafted from enameled steel. It features a mottled gray and white cobweb pattern, a decorative finish frequently referred to as graniteware. The piece is composed of a cylindrical main body and a removable lid. The body is designed with a flared rim that incorporates a molded pouring spout and a D-shaped handle attached to the side. The matching lid features a raised conical center topped with a small metal ring handle. Six circular perforations are present on the lid, with one at the apex and five around the periphery, serving to strain solids or allow for venting.
