A Pair of Vintage Gray Mottled Graniteware Enamel Strainers 7”X13” - A pair of vintage kitchen strainers constructed from gray mottled enamel over a metal base, a style traditionally known as graniteware. The collection consists of a footed colander and a smaller handheld strainer. The colander features a perforated bowl set upon a circular footed base and is equipped with a single long, flat handle riveted to the rim. The handheld strainer includes a similar perforated bowl, a long handle, and a small curved rest hook on the opposite side designed for placement over a separate vessel. Both pieces feature a speckled agate-style finish typical of late 19th to early 20th-century utility ware. No maker marks, stamps, or labels are present on either object.
