Vintage Horse-Drawn Phaeton-Style Carriage with Two Figures in Hubley / Mfg. Co. Style 3”X11”X5” - This cast iron toy is a horse-drawn phaeton-style carriage in the Hubley Manufacturing Company style. The assembly features a two-horse team pulling an open carriage occupied by two molded figures. The driver is depicted in a black bowler hat and jacket with cream-colored trousers, while the rear passenger wears a light green dress and matching bonnet. The horses are painted white in a dynamic trotting pose with red harness details and black hooves. The carriage body is decorated with a red, black, and white paint scheme featuring hand-painted floral motifs of red flowers and green leaves on the side panels. The four spoked wheels are finished in cream-colored paint and rotate on metal axles. The underside of the central draft pole is embossed with the words MADE IN USA.
