The sign features a characteristic convex, domed profile. The face displays the iconic Coca-Cola script logo in white against a signature red background. Overlapping the script is a detailed graphic representation of the classic green glass contour bottle, complete with highlights and a branded bottle cap. Small, weathered characters are present on the label portion of the bottle illustration and below the main script, though they are obscured by surface wear. The reverse side of the sign exhibits a dark finish that has heavily oxidized over time.
