Aunt Jemima Still Bank in the Style of Hubley or A.C. Williams 3”X4”X7” - This still bank is a piece of Black Americana depicting a figure in a red dress, red headscarf, and white collar, often referred to as an Aunt Jemima or Mammy bank. It is composed of two-piece cast iron joined by a single central screw on the reverse. A horizontal coin slot is positioned on the upper back within the white collar area. The base is flat with four small semicircular notches along the mold seam. The form and features are characteristic of banks produced by companies such as A.C. Williams or Hubley during the early 20th century. No maker's marks or stamps are visible on the interior or exterior surfaces.
