Kenton Hardware Co. No. 128 U.S. Mail Horse-Drawn Wagon Toy 3”X11”X6” - This horse-drawn mail wagon toy is attributed to the Kenton Hardware Co. and is constructed from painted cast iron. The wagon body is finished in green paint and features embossed U.S. MAIL lettering on both sides, flanked by two eagle motifs. The side of the wagon includes the molded production number 128. A molded driver figure sits at the front, detailed with a brown coat and hat and red and white striped pants. The wagon is hitched to a single reddish-brown horse with traces of gold-painted harness details. The horse and wagon are connected by a red-painted cast iron frame supported by four red spoked wheels.
