The wagon and two-horse team are constructed of cast iron. The wagon is finished in red with white spoked wheels and features cast lettering on the sides and tailgate reading Drink Coca-Cola In Bottles in script and block fonts. The two horses are painted red with black harness details and white socks, connected to the wagon via a white-painted yoke with a pivoting front axle. The set includes a seated driver figure in a green uniform and black hat, a collection of wood-textured composite barrels, a pair of red plastic Coca-Cola crates containing miniature bottles, and a removable red and white scalloped umbrella with a metal post.
