Bidspirit auction | Two Miniature Cast Iron Items

Two Miniature Cast Iron Items Including Wagner Ware Skillet No. 1050 and a Two-Piece Glue Pot 6”X5” - This lot features two miniature cast iron items typical of mid-20th century salesman samples or toys. The first item is a miniature skillet manufactured by the Wagner Manufacturing Company. The base is clearly stamped with the Wagner Ware logo inside an oval above the model number 1050. The skillet is designed with two wide pouring spouts and a single handle featuring a teardrop-shaped aperture. The second item is a three-part assembly consisting of an outer bucket-shaped vessel, a wire bail handle, and a separate inner pot. This assembly is styled after a traditional industrial glue pot or lead melting pot. The inner pot features a wide, flared rim with two small vertical tabs. There are no visible maker marks on the pot components. Both items are constructed of cast iron.
