Vintage Elliott 36 Day Chiming Wood Mantel and Wall Clock 5”X14”X26” - This vintage clock is produced by Elliott and features a 36-day spring-driven mechanical movement with chime and strike functions. The timepiece is housed in a dark brown finished wood case designed for both mantel display and wall mounting, featuring a bracket on the reverse. The case architecture includes a broken arch pediment topped with a central turned wooden finial and scrolled side accents. The circular gold-tone dial is marked with black Arabic numerals, ornate black hands, and a repetitive scrollwork center pattern. The brand name Elliott is printed in cursive script above the center, and 36 DAY is noted above the 6 o'clock position. Four gold-tone filigree spandrels accent the corners of the face. A hinged front glass door protects the dial; the lower portion of the glass is embellished with gold-tone geometric and foliate transfers. A circular brushed-metal pendulum is visible behind the decorated glass. The back of the case is stamped MADE IN KOREA. Inside the case, a chime coil is positioned behind the pendulum rod.
