Salmon Falls Stoneware Lidded Blueberry Basket Crock 1993 - This is a lidded stoneware crock produced by Salmon Falls Stoneware. The cylindrical vessel is constructed with a slightly flared rim and two integrated lug handles. The accompanying lid is designed to sit inset within the rim and features a centered ball knob handle. The front face is decorated with a raised, slip-trailed cobalt blue design depicting a woven basket filled with blueberries and leaves, accented with cobalt blue dots near the base. The exterior displays a traditional speckled greyish-tan salt-glaze finish, while the interior is coated in a dark brown slip glaze. The lower reverse of the crock bears an impressed rectangular stamp that reads SALMON FALLS, STONEWARE, Dover, NH, and 1993. Height: 4.25 inches Width: 4.5 inches.
