Attributed to A. C. Williams Mulligan Policeman Still Bank - Attributed to the A. C. Williams Company, this cast iron still bank depicts a standing police officer, a design historically known as the Mulligan policeman. The figure is modeled in a traditional double-breasted uniform featuring molded buttons, a chest badge, and a peaked cap with a gold-toned band. The officer is posed with his left hand on his hip and a nightstick tucked under his right arm. The bank is constructed of two cast halves held together by a single flathead screw on the rear.
