Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Co. Two-Gallon Blue Crown Stoneware Crock - This two-gallon stoneware utility crock is attributed to the Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Co. (RRPCo) of Roseville, Ohio. The vessel is constructed of salt-glazed stoneware with a cylindrical body and a reinforced, flared rim. The front of the crock features a cobalt blue stenciled decoration of a crown with the numeral 2 positioned in the center, signifying its liquid capacity. The interior and exterior are finished in a light cream-colored slip glaze.
