Hummel hand-painted porcelain figurine is titled Let's Tell The World, also known by the German title Sturmlaeuten. Identified as model number 487, it represents the fifth issue within the limited Century Collection. The scene depicts three children working together to ring a large bell housed in a timbered belfry structure with a shingle-style roof. The piece exhibits the matte finish and muted earth tones characteristic of the maker. The underside features a blue circular stamp for the Century Collection dated 1990, a Goebel W. Germany trademark, incised model numbers 487 and 88, and black stamped production codes RIS 019. The top of the base includes an incised M.I. Hummel signature and a small gold-foil label with the title. This lot is accompanied by its original retail box and a Goebel Certificate of Authenticity.
