A Pair of Towle Sterling Silver Candlelight Pattern Place Spoons - A pair of sterling silver place spoons in the Candlelight pattern by Towle Silversmiths, a pattern first introduced in 1934. Each spoon features a slender handle with a decorative border composed of delicate floral and scroll motifs that frame a plain, unengraved central panel. The handles end in a flared, rounded tip. The reverse of the handles are stamped with the maker name TOWLE, the purity mark STERLING, the Towle manufacturer mark consisting of a shield containing a letter T and a lion rampant, and the pattern name Candlelight.
