Seder Pitron Chalomot. Venice, [1622]
Extremely Rare.
Seder Pitron Chalomot, by the Gaon Rabbeinu Hai. And Yosef Hatzaddik, Daniel Ish Chamudot, Rashi and additional sages. Printed at the request of Rabbi Menachem ben Rabbi David Trinki.
This book is actually the second section of Rabbi Shlomo Almoli's book, Mefasher Chelmin, Salonika [ca. 1515], with omissions and without disclosing his name.
Leaf 23a: These are the days of the month to know if the dream is good or not. Leaf 23b-24a: Sefer Harafafot [these two works were previously printed in Sefer Pitron Chalomot by Rabbi Hai Gaon, Rome 1547; Ferrara, 1552).
Leaf 24b: afterwords by the editor Menachem Trinki. Copied, with variations and omissions, from Rabbi Shlomo Almoli's introduction to section II of his book.

Rabbi Shlomo ben Rabbi Yaakov Almoli (ca. 1490-1542): was born in the Iberian Peninsula. A physician by profession, he settled in the Ottoman Empire after the Expulsion from Spain and operated mainly in Salonika and Kushta. He encouraged the printing of books and assisted in the printing of the first edition of the Radak's Sefer Hashorashim and of Igeret Chai Ben Mekitz by Rabbi Avraham ibn Ezra. Authored several books, mainly grammar ones.
His book Mefasher Chelmin [Pitron Chalomot] was divided into three. The first section - theoretical, for understanding dreams and their interpretations. The second – practical, a collection of interpretations of dreams appearing in the words of the Sages, Geonim and Rishonim and scholars of the nations. The third section included a halachic discussion of Piskei Dinim relating to dreams in the Talmud and Poskim.
