Signature and Gloss by Rabbi Raphael Shmuel Ventura of Izmir.

Sefer Ginat Veradim, Shut and renewed Piskei Dinim based on Arba'ah Turim by Rabbi Avraham Halevi Rosh Av Beit Din of Egypt. Section I (Orach Chaim Yoreh Deah).

At the end of the book: Kuntres Gan Hamelech – Piskei Dinim and some rules and separate issues and some comments.
On the title page of the book, a handwritten ownership notation: "קניתי אותו מחכם טובייאנא ה"י הצעיר רפאל שמואל וינטורא" (I have bought it from the sage of Tuviana…the young Raphael Shmuel Ventura) – Rabbi Raphael Shmuel Ventura: one of the sages of Izmir, supported the Chatam Sofer and other leading rabbis in their struggle against reform Judaism. In Shut Chatam Sofer it is mentioned that he visited the Chatam Sofer about a Gett (see his entry in Ishim Bitshuvot Chatam Sofer).
On leaf 157 there is a gloss handwritten by him.

Rabbi Avraham ben Rabbi Mordechai Halevi [1650-1704]: one of the sages of Egypt and the Rav of Cairo. His book Ginat Veradim is highly valued by leading sages. Some of them (like Rabbi Akiva Eiger and others) wrote glosses on it.
