Sefer Hageirushin by Rabbeinu the Ramak. Shklow [1796]. Rare Edition. - The 'Geirushin' to the fields of Rabbi Shlomo Elkabetz and his disciples - including the Ramak:  Lists by the Ramak, Sefer Hageirushin, which reveal intersting details about how Rabbi Shlomo Elkabetz behaved with his disciples. He would go take them to walks in the field (the expression that repeats itself in the lists is ”שהיינו מתגרשים השדה”, ”נתגרשנו” and the like - that is, they left their homes to meditate in the field). The disciple notes the date of the Geirushin, the places they visited and the prayers they said beside the graves of Tzaddikim, especially that of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai and his son, Rabbi Elazar, and the Kabbalistic Chidushim that were said during these walks, where the Ramak himself is introduced as the Mechadesh.  After many years, the Ramak speaks about those ”Geirushin” as an intense experience:  ”... מה שניסיתיו אני וזולתי בעניין הגירושים, שהיינו מתגרשים השדה עם האלוהי כמהר”ר שלמה ן' אלקביץ הלוי נר”ו לעסוק בפסוקי התורה פתאום בלי עיון, והיו הדברים מתחדשים, דברים שאי אפשר להאמין עניין זה אלא מי שראה או נסה העניין פעמים רבות”.
