Zlotkin Otzar Hasfarim p. 199 no. 679; Prakim Letoldot Chachmei Eretz Yisrael VeItalia Velesifrutam by David Tamar, issue 33, 377-378. And completions to the article by Yeshayahu Zana).  [32] leaves - in this copy, the last 4 leaves are missing. 15 cm. Good condition. Fine new half-leather binding. Some tiny moth perforations.
