Sefer Gidulei Terumah. Venice, [1643] - First edition of a Halachic Sefer Yesod - impressive copy in an original leather binding.  Sefer Gidulei Terumah by Rabbi Azarya Piccio Av Beit Din of Pisa. First edition that was published in the author's lifetime.  The book Gidulei Terumah is requently introduced by the Shach on Choshen Mishpat and it is a Halachic Sefer Yesod of Dinei Mamonot (civil law). The Gaon Rabbi Azarya of Fano [1579-1647] one of the leading sages of Venice. A disciple of the Gaon author of Beer Sheva and the Rav of the Geonim of Italy, Rabbi Shmuel Abuhav, the author of Shut Devar Shmuel and Rabbi Moshe Zacuto - the Remez. Was famed in the Jewish world for his important works Derashot Binah LeItim and Sefer Gidulei Terumah.  Venice, [1643].  [6], 382 leaves. 29.5 cm. Wonderful condition.
