Sefer Beit Halevi by the Grandson of the Shelah Hakadosh . Venice, [1661]. Single Edition - Important and pedigreed copy with signatures of the son of the Rabbi of Kock - Rabbi Moshe Yerucham, the Gaon of Ozorkov, and the Gaon and Mekubal the Gur Aryeh.  Sefer Beit Halevi on the rules of Migo. By Rabbi Yeshaya Halevi Horowitz, the Shelah's grandson - this is the only edition of this book. Pilpul and Charifut on the rules of Din Migo and Choshen Mishpat, by Rabbi Yeshaya Halevi Horowitz, the son of Rabbi Yaakov, the son of Rabbeinu the Shelah Hakadosh.  Most pedigreed copy : Appearing on the title page and the following leaf, and in the middle and end of the book, are several signatures handwritten by Rabbi Moshe Yerucham ben Rabbi Menachem Mendel Morgenstern - the youngest son of the Rabbi of Kock . In addition, several of his stamps.  Rabbi Moshe Yerucham Morgenstern (1842-1865) :  the youngest son of the Admor Rabbi Mendel of Kock. His uncle, the author of Chidushei HaRim, said of him that he is Tzaddik Yesod Olam (Encyclopedia LeChassidut, III, p. 355).  Two additional signatures on the title page and the last page of the indices of The Gaon of Ozorkov.  The Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Avraham Razechte (1843-1928), known as The Gaon of Ozorkov [Ozorków]. One of the Geonim of Poland. Corresponded on Halachic matters with leading contemporary rabbis including Rabbi Yitzchak Elchanan of Kovno, Rabbi Yehoshua of Kutna, the Sdei Chemed, the Admor Rabbi Avraham of Sochatchov, the Admor Rabbi Avraham Mordechai of Ger, the Aderet, and more than anyone, with the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Zecharya Stern Av Beit Din of Shavol (Szawle).  An additional signature on the title page by the Gaon author of the Gur Aryeh.   On the title page of the book, the handwritten signature of Rabbi Gur Aryeh Levi Finzi (who signed his initials גאל”י), one of the leading sages of Mantua in the generation of the Remez (Shem Hegedolim, the entry of the Remez). Passed away in 1797. His Gur Aryeh glosses on the Shulchan Aruch were published in Mantua in 1722.  Venice, 1661. Single Edition .  120, [4] leaves. Very good condition. Old binding.
