Shut Be'er Esek. Venice, [1674] - Single edition by a disciple of the Rema of Fano - pedigreed copy of the Bechor Eliezer and his son - of the sages of Izmir. Sefer Be'er Esek, Shut by the Chacham and Dayan Rabbi Shabtai Be'er. Rabbi Moshe Shabtai ben Menachem Mendel Chaim Be'er: A disciple of the Rema of Fano and of Rabbi Aharon berachya of Modena the author of Ma'avar Yabok. Author of Sefer Yotzer Leyom Hoshana Rabba (Venice, 1668), Be'er Esek (Venice, 1674) and more. Additional handwritten works by him are kept in the National Library of Jerusalem. In 1673, was sent abroad as a Shadar of Eretz Yisrael and there he passed away. Signatures of father and son - Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Avraham known as the Bechor Eliezer - the beloved friend of Rabbi Chaim Palachi. Was Av Beit Din, Darshan and Posek who lived and operated in Izmir. His book, Shut Achi Varosh, is qouted by many Acharonim. In addition, the signature of his youngest son, Nissim Yehoshua Eliezer ben Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Avraham. Venice, [1674]. Single edition.
